What are KOBY points?
Koby Points are our reward currency — and each one is worth $1 in real money.
You earn Koby Points by scratching the tongue of a KOBYMO figure and entering the secret code you find on our website.
The number of points depends on the figure — and if you find Xalen, you win 1,000,000 Koby Points ($1,000,000), which you can cash out.
How do I scratch the tongue?
Use a coin or similar object to gently scratch the tongue area of your KOBYMO figure.
This will reveal a secret code — enter it on our website to see how many Koby Points ($1 per point) you’ve won.
Who is “XALEN”?
Xalen is a special KOBYMO figure. If you find him and scratch his tongue, the code will give you 1,000,000 Koby Points ($1,000,000), which you can cash out in real money.
How many figures are there?
There are thousands of different KOBYMO figures, each with its own unique look and personality. You never know which one you’ll get until you open the box.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times:

Can I return a product?
Yes — we accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Opened mystery boxes cannot be returned, since the surprise has already been revealed. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.
Are the codes unique?
Yes — every code is unique and can only be used once.
Once redeemed, it becomes invalid and can’t be reused or transferred.
