- Returns are free of charge — Kobymo covers the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain products (e.g., perishable items, custom-made goods) may be non-returnable, which will be stated on the product page.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval of the return.
